Warranty

BrüMate drinkware products have a limited lifetime warranty. 

Our warranty covers temperature regulating capabilities, defects in craftsmanship and our 100% leakproof guarantee. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, scratches, physical damage, lost parts or accessories, damaged packaging where the product is not damaged, punctures or drops are not covered. Limited release colour replacements may not always be available, in which case a comparable replacement product would be offered.

In some cases, we may request that damaged products be returned directly to us in the adequate packaging to prevent damage during shipping. 

If you purchased your BrüMate from a retailer in the last 3 months, it is often easier to return it to the retailer, avoiding shipping charges/impact and the hassle of being without your BrüMate. If you bought directly from us, we’ll replace the product for you.

Products purchased through unauthorised resellers are not covered under warranty.
