  • What age range is Leap recommended for?

    Suitable for children aged 4 and up.

  • What beverages are compatible with Leap?

    Leap is compatible with cold drinks and iced carbonated beverages.

  • How do I lock and unlock the straw lid?

    To open the Ü-Turn™ Lid, align the mode indicator with the 'open' position marked by the raised notch. To lock, turn it so the mode indicator lines up with the 'closed' position on the opposite side.

  • How durable is the silicone straw?

    The silicone straw tip is designed and tested to be bite-proof, ensuring a safe and comfortable drinking experience for little ones.

  • How do I wash the Leap tumbler?

    All parts, including the lid, are safe for the top shelf of the dishwasher. Before cleaning, remove the silicone straw lid by turning the mode indicator halfway between locked and open, then lifting the straw centre piece.   • Is Leap cup holder friendly?

    Yes. Leap is designed to fit standard cup holders, including those on most pushchairs and child car seats.

  • Are the Straw Covers compatible with Leap?

    No. Magnetic Straw Covers are not compatible with or recommended for use with Leap.

  • Can I remove the silicone sleeve?

    Yes. The silicone sleeve is removable for deep cleaning. Simply pull it past the groove and slide it off. It’s safe for the top shelf of the dishwasher. To put it back on, align the sleeve at the base of the tumbler and gently push upwards until it slips past the groove.

  • Does the Leap lid fit other products?

    No. The Leap lid is designed specifically for the Leap tumbler and does not fit other BrüMate products.

  • Is Leap sustainable?

    Yes. All finishes are dishwasher safe to help reduce water usage, and the tumbler is designed for lifelong use, helping to cut down on single-use plastics.
